Strengths:
Driving, and approach shots, my puttings not bad when I’m in the zone. 
Training:
I ride my bikes for cardio and run some, I also do pushups situps and stretch a lot. I think stretching is very important along with core strength.  
Player Advice :
Go to a field and learn how your disc fly before ever going to the course, the will improve your game faster than anything. Also try to get in at least 30 minutes or more of putting practice every day! 
Personal Disc Golf Goals:
To win the Worlds, and to finish at least in the top 5 at the USDGC, it is a lefty course you know! I would also like to continue the growth of disc golf in and around my home town.

Tom Monroe, Joe Thacker, Dean Tannock and Lavonne Wolfe. All these guys are class acts on and off the course.
